Social and healthcare assistant sought for day shift in Helsingør – Team By (bike)

Due to positive citizen growth, we are looking for a new colleague for Team By, where you will go around to the citizens by bike. We are looking for you who have strong professional competence, work independently and want to be part of a team where we prioritize quality, professional sparring and a good collegial community.

About the position

As a social and health helper, you will have an important role in the daily care and support for our citizens. You work independently based on the citizen's individual needs and help ensure that the citizens experience a safe and dignified daily life.

Your tasks will include, among others

• Personal care and practical assistance to citizens in their own homes.
• To ensure a caring and respectful approach to the individual citizen.
• To observe the citizens' physical and mental condition and respond to changes.
• To document performed actions and relevant observations.
• To relay professional observations and ensure good communication with colleagues.
• To collaborate with colleagues and other professional groups to ensure quality and continuity in care.

• Day shift with start time at 07:00.
