Your role with us

As a social- and health care assistant (or experienced unskilled worker) on day shift you will be an important part of the residents’ daily life – and of our shared work community.

Your tasks will include, among other things, to

• Provide care and support with presence, respect and professional pride
• Create safety and caring days for our residents
• Work rehabilitatively and contribute to a meaningful everyday life
• Document professionally and collaborate closely with colleagues and relatives
• Take responsibility and work in a structured way based on the residents’ needs and wishes
• Actively contribute to a good atmosphere and homely ambience

You will help shape the culture and strengthen job satisfaction.

• Are educated as a social- and health care assistant – or have solid experience from the elderly care field
• Are professionally strong and curious about development
• Are passionate about creating a good and dignified everyday life for older people
• Are positive, flexible and thrive both independently and in teams
• Have knowledge of documentation and health-related guidelines

• Day shift with work every 2nd weekend (even weeks)
• Hours: 28–37 hours/week (upon request)
• Start: 1.1.2027
• Workplace: Kalvehaven 3, 4200 Slagelse
