Would you like to help create safe nights and quality of life for elderly citizens? At Plejehjemmet Lindevej in Faxe we are looking for an engaged social- and health care assistant or social and health helper who will make a difference – even when the town sleeps.

About the job

With us you become an important part of the night shift, where you work independently – but never alone. The tasks are varied and meaningful, and we have a strong focus on professionalism and collaboration.

About Plejehjemmet Lindevej

Lindevej is a somatic nursing home with 40 residences and one respite bed. We are continually working to create the best framework for our residents and a safe working environment for our colleagues.

Your tasks will include

• Planning and carrying out care tasks together with the night shift team
• Ensuring peace, safety and care through the night
• Tailoring the care individually in collaboration with colleagues

We would like you to

• Be educated SSA or SSH
• Have experience with elderly residents
• Can work independently and take responsibility
• Be present, flexible and good at relationships

Working hours

• 7/7 night shift
• Weekend shift every 2 weeks
