Social- and health care assistant sought for day shift in Helsingør – Team Land (car)

Due to a growing number of citizens, we are seeking a new colleague for Team Land, where you drive to the citizens in a car. We are looking for someone who thrives with independent work, has a good professional overview, and wishes to contribute to a strong collegial community.

About the position

As a social and health care helper, you will be an important part of the daily actions for our citizens. You must be able to work independently and at the same time be aware of how your efforts contribute to the citizen's overall care path.

Your tasks will include, among other things

• Personal care and practical assistance for citizens in their own homes.
• Ensuring a caring and respectful approach to the individual citizen.
• Observing citizens' physical and mental condition and responding to changes.
• Documenting performed actions and relevant observations.
• Sharing professional observations and ensuring good communication with colleagues.
• Collaborating with colleagues and other professional groups to ensure quality and continuity of care.

• Is a qualified social- and health care helper.
• Has a valid driver's license, as you will drive to the citizens in a car.
