Social pedagogue!

Come and make a difference with us Do you dream of a job where relationships, professionalism and everyday magic go hand in hand?

At Palleshave, Solstrålen AB we are looking for a social educator (socialpædagog), who wants to start or develop their career in a strong professional community. With us no day is the same. One day you play music and dance with the residents, the next you help solve professional dilemmas, plan activities or create calm in a difficult situation.

You become part of a residential facility for 18 adult people with physical and/or mental functional impairments , who need social-pedagogical support in everyday life. The residents are adults with resources, dreams and wishes for their own lives. They need support for daily tasks, personal hygiene and structure in everyday life. Some communicate using sign language, and we place great emphasis on understanding and following each individual's initiatives and needs. We work closely with relatives, who are an important part of the residents' lives, and whom we meet with openness and respect.

The residents live and work in a safe and protected environment with an awake night guard. All are partially self-sufficient, and some use a rollator or other aids in daily life.

We value well-being, independence, relationships and meaningful everyday lives highly.

You become part of a team where we laugh together, brainstorm with each other and always have the residents' quality of life at the center. With us you have the opportunity to translate your professionalism into practice in a strong collegial community where no day is the same.
