Social Pedagogue for Skovvænget - high pedagogical professionalism and relational work in social psychiatry

At Skovvænget we are seeking a trained social pedagogue who wishes to work scientifically based with people living with complex mental health, social and health challenges – often combined with substance abuse problems.

About Skovvænget

Skovvænget is a regional social-psychiatric housing and rehabilitation service for adults. We have 30 housing units and about 45 employees with various professional backgrounds.

Skovvænget's professional foundation is psychosocial rehabilitation, recovery and an Open Dialogue and network-based approach, where the resident is always at the center. At the same time, we are developing our efforts, and we expect to be able to offer social substance treatment at Skovvænget, as an integrated part of our rehabilitative work, by the end of 2026.

As a social-pedagogue you will, among other things

• Support residents' well-being, mastery and participation in everyday life
• Work professionally based on the individual resident's resources and needs
• Contribute to professional reflections, documentation and development of the effort

You will become an important part of the residents' everyday life and an active co-creator of our joint professional practice. You contribute to ensuring quality, reflection and development in the actions around the individual resident. The tasks are carried out in close collaboration with colleagues, management and relevant partners. With us you are never alone, we lift the task together.

Working hours

The position is 37 hours per week on average.

Working hours are between 7:00 and 23:30 with day and evening shifts. Weekend shifts occur every 2nd and every 4th week so you work in either even or odd weeks. In 12 weeks you will have 4 work weekends.
