Family Center - Unit for Treatment and Therapy - Children and Young People is urgently seeking pedagogues or staff with another social science bachelor's degree for a permanent position and a fixed-term position.

The Unit for Treatment and Therapy - Children and Young People is primarily a service for children and young people with normal intelligence who are mentally ill/vulnerable, their parents/family, and families who are challenged within autism spectrum disorders.

The Unit for Treatment and Therapy - Children and Young People currently has 15 therapists employed, most are pedagogues, but among the staff there are also occupational therapists and teachers. We strive for an even gender distribution to meet the needs and wishes of the target group. We work with freedom under responsibility and plan our own calendar according to the service users' needs. This means that work outside ordinary working hours may be expected two to three days a week.

We are not looking for the finished/fully formed therapist but rather a person who is willing to examine themselves, accept feedback and use their own reactions as a basis for learning.

In the Unit for Treatment and Therapy - Children and Young People, personal development is a prerequisite for our professionalism. You will therefore regularly receive professional guidance, collegial sparring and supervision.

We expect that you as a practitioner

• are pedagogically creative and can see possibilities rather than limitations.
• have psychiatric experience and preferably with knowledge of autism spectrum disorder.
• have a relational-pedagogical approach and psychodynamic understanding.
• have an understanding of yourself, both in relation to your own resources and work points.

• where and how you experience that you can/cannot use your pedagogical abilities and why you think your abilities are valuable?
• where you are in your life and what has brought you there?
• how your private life would look with changing working hours?

The positions are 37 hours, unless otherwise requested.

The fixed-term position ends on 1 July 2027

A valid B driving license is a prerequisite.
