Social Pedagogue Sought for Beskæftigelsen Pileallé (Gartneriet Ribelund)

We are seeking as of December 1, 2026 or earlier a social pedagogue for Grøn Gruppe.

You will become part of an employment offer under § 103 and 104 for adults with intellectual disabilities. Together with colleagues you create the framework for the citizens' development through meaningful work tasks in a close multidisciplinary collaboration.

About the job

The work combines pedagogy and practical gardening tasks.

You actively participate in park care, planting, hedge trimming and maintenance.

It is through the practical work that the pedagogical effort unfolds.

In addition to solid pedagogical competences, the many gardening tasks require you to be practically inclined and able to perform the physical tasks so that you act as a role model for the citizens.

Grøn Gruppe consists of about 16 citizens and a team with pedagogical and craft/technical competences.

We have a broadly composed group of citizens who cognitively, personally and developmentally need extensive and targeted considerations.

The tasks are tailored to each individual's abilities, and the aim is to create an environment where citizens develop social, personal and work-related skills.

The primary goal is that they experience daily success through the work, that they succeed, develop and join a collegial community.

We are looking for an employee who

• Is educated as a social pedagogue
• Thrives with practical outdoor work
• Can plan and structure the workday based on the citizens' goals and resources
• Is clear, proactive and collaborative
• Can work with pedagogical documentation (Cura)
• Has knowledge of autism spectrum disorders, neuro-pedagogy and preferably KRAP
• Has basic IT skills and a category B driver's license

Common to all areas is that the work has a pedagogical aim with a focus on learning, development and work training.

The employment is part of Development Center West , which operates 22 residential facilities and 9 activity and employment offerings.

Practical information

The position is 37 hours per week, but other working hours can be agreed upon.

Salary and terms of employment are set in accordance with the applicable collective agreement, including the current provisions on local pay formation.
