What you can work with here

At Stormly you will have a varied pedagogical day-to-day where you both use your professional skills and get close to the residents.

You will among other things have the opportunity to work with

• Neuropedagogy and epilepsy – observation, relationship work, structuring and pedagogical follow-up
• Support, personal care and rehabilitation based on each resident’s needs, dreams and resources
• Pedagogical coordination, the VUM-model and status reports
• Cross-professional collaboration with nurses, social and health assistants, therapists and specialists from Epilepsy Hospital Filadelfia.

You do not need to know everything from the start. We provide thorough introduction and training.

A strong professional community

Stormly is a social around-the-clock and day-service under Filadelfia with a specialization in adults with epilepsy and complex cognitive challenges.

Our residents have complex social-pedagogical, cognitive, care-intensive and health-care needs. Therefore we work closely across disciplines and collaborate with specialists from Epilepsy Hospital Filadelfia, including neurologists and neuropsychologists.

We prioritize professional development through, among other things, professional meetings, resident conferences, case supervision by neuropsychologist and ongoing competence development.

We believe that we succeed best when we use each other’s competencies and develop together.

The position

32–37 hours per week in mixed shifts, primarily day and evening shifts.

You choose yourself whether you want to work every 2nd or every 3rd weekend.

Start date: 1 December 2026 or by agreement.

Salary and employment terms

The position is paid according to the applicable regional collective agreement. References from previous workplaces as well as a criminal background check will be obtained prior to employment.

Starting salary

Filadelfia is obliged to disclose the starting salary for the position. The base salary, centrally set allowances and pension under the relevant collective agreement are disclosed.

The starting salary may vary depending on seniority, relevant experience and education.

• Right to allowances under local pre-arrangements
• Right to special accounts, e.g., allowances for evening, night and weekend work
