Social pedagogue sought for Trekløveret 32-37 hours per week | Shifting shifts | Work every 2nd weekend

About Trekløveret Trekløveret is a care home under the Social Adult Area, Center 1. Here, 22 adult residents aged 20-80 live with physical and/or mental disabilities – all in their own apartments.

We work from a resource-focused and structured approach, where appreciative communication and targeted support are fundamental. Our goal is to give residents the best possible conditions to master their own lives with a focus on development, self-determination and co-determination.

The care home is open around the clock all year, and you will become part of a multidisciplinary team where professionalism, collaboration and reflection are prioritized.

Your tasks As a social pedagogue you will be an important part of a professionally strong team, where you among other things will:

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with the residents
• Work purposefully with residents’ individual goals and development plans
• Support residents’ well-being, mastery and self-determination
• Contribute to professional reflections and development of the pedagogical practice
• Document efforts and progression with high professional quality
• Collaborate with relatives, authorities, health professionals and other relevant actors
• Handle contact person duties
• Actively participate in cross-disciplinary collaboration and professional sparring
• Engage in and manage single-person projects as needed

• Is educated as a social pedagogue
• Has a rehabilitative and resource-focused approach to people
• Meets residents with respect, recognition and curiosity
• Can work independently while actively contributing to the community
• Has good cooperation skills and communicates professionally
• Is robust and keeps overview in complex situations
• Focuses on professional reflection and development of your own practice
• Sees documentation as an important part of the pedagogical work
• Is flexible, stable and adaptable
• Contributes positively to professional and organizational changes

Experience from the care-home sector, social psychiatry or work with residents with physical and/or mental disabilities is an advantage but not a requirement.
