Lindersvold is seeking an independent and service-minded caretaker, with professional pride who can handle the daily operation and maintenance of our buildings and outdoor areas. As well as closely collaborating with the rest of the caretaker team. In addition, act pedagogically together with our residents on the premises.

Lindersvold is an institution with several departments on the same site, where you must be able to work in a structured manner and be ready for ad-hoc tasks. As a caretaker you will become an important part of the institution's daily life and must contribute to the physical environment and the daily operations.

Your main tasks

Seasonal tasks and winter service.

Care and maintenance of indoor and outdoor areas.

Operation and maintenance as well as repairs of buildings and furnishings.

Ad-hoc tasks across all departments.

Create safe and good frameworks for residents and staff.

Are practically minded and can work independently.

Have a category B driving license.

Can collaborate with the rest of the caretaker team.

Are open to taking residents along in some of the tasks after agreement with the pedagogical staff.
