At Pilebakken in the Municipality of Assens we are looking for new colleagues who are trained as a pedagogue or a social and health care assistant, and who would like to work with people with developmental disabilities.

The positions are 37 hours per week, but there is also the possibility of part-time. The working hours will be distributed on day, evening shifts and shifts every other weekend.

Start date as soon as possible.

Who are we Pilebakken is a residential facility for adults with significant and lasting disabilities.

We have 38 apartments allocated with 16 apartments in the west department and 22 apartments in the east department.

The residents are very diverse, as the residential home includes immobile, blind and visually impaired, Down syndrome, dementia and other age-related illnesses, psychiatric problems as well as acquired brain injury and reduced functional capacity due to birth or fetal injuries. Therefore it is important that you as a person are curious about the diversity.

There is also a vacancy with shifts around one client with Dravet syndrome, which requires your full attention in the relationship. The position will involve shifts with the client, where you are 1:1, as well as shifts in the east department.

About the job You will help residents with daily tasks as needed, morning care, dressing, meals, medication, activities, etc.

A prerequisite for the job is that you have a valid driver's license.
