We are looking for an engaged and educated pedagogue for 37 hours per week for our SFO and primary school in the lower grades at Ølstykke School, Maglehøj department. Appointment as soon as possible.

A daily life with both teaching and play

With us you become a key player in the children's entire day. From when they arrive at school to when they finish at the SFO.

You will have a varied workday, participating in teaching in the lower school and creating inspiring frameworks in the SFO. You will become part of a close, professionally strong team of pedagogues and teachers, where we lift as a team and spar with each other. We prioritise time for both preparation and team collaboration, so you always have the best conditions for your pedagogical practice.

• Movement activities in the hall

In our pedagogical toolkit we have, among other things: Low Arousal, as a cross-disciplinary basis for a safe and conflict-reducing daily life and co-teaching, where teachers and pedagogues plan and carry out teaching together.

You are a trained pedagogue and are passionate about the primary grades and after-school area. Including that you:

• Are strong in relationships and meet the children with composure, recognition, presence and clear boundaries.
• Take responsibility for the quality of the relationship.
• Are strong at including and creating participation opportunities for all children.
• Thrive in collaboration and gladly spar with colleagues, parents and cross-disciplinary partners.
• Are curious and development-ready and have the courage to contribute with new ideas and shape our practice.
