Junglen Children's House is seeking an experienced pedagogue for our lovely preschool in the kindergarten , 30-37 hours per week from January 1, 2027 or earlier if that suits you.

Is it also important for you to practice friendly, cheerful and caring pedagogy with both brain and heart, but at the same time have a high professional insight into children's wellbeing and development?

Is co-creation, high professionalism and a high degree of influence something for you? Then we have, and especially our children need YOU in our lovely children’s house. On the floor there are already three adults and you will therefore be the fourth.

Junglen is a children's house with HIGH pedagogical quality on all floors. Junglen consists of two smaller houses, one filled with wonderful toddler children, while the other is filled with fantastic preschool children. We are a large staff group, where some are new, while others have been in Junglen for many years. The new child perspective is our common foundation and the red thread in our pedagogical practice. It is important to us that everyone is involved and has a voice in the development of the pedagogical practice.

We are a staff group with high engagement and great motivation to create and further develop inclusive learning environments of high pedagogical quality. We focus on play and a playful approach. We work purposefully with structure, routines, recognizability and preparation surrounded by clear principles for child leadership.

We are concerned with the child perspective and an appreciative approach and continually adjust and experiment with initiating trial actions in our pedagogical practice. Through co-creating processes in the staff group we continuously work on the development of the pedagogical professionalism.
