Social work professional for an integrated single-person project

Do you have experience working with people with intellectual disability together with an autism spectrum disorder? And do you have an educational or health-professional education, or do you possess learned pedagogical competencies?

Then you might be the one we are looking for.

This concerns a vacant position in our individual-employee project, which is continuously developed in close collaboration with Specialtilbuddet Lillelund. Lillelund is part of Holstebro Municipality's Social Department and is organized under the Center for Social Intervention. Lillelund is a specialized 24/7 facility located in beautiful rural surroundings 3 km outside Vemb.

With us the citizen’s voice is at the forefront. Both in the individual project and at Lillelund, work is based on an overall recovery- and resource-oriented approach, where the focus is on possibilities rather than limitations. We meet the citizen with trust, recognition and respect. In addition, work is done to create a balance between demands and resources in everyday life, where the day is planned according to the individual's cognitive profile with an understanding of developmental age due to disability.

We are seeking an employee who, together with the existing team, can work in a highly structured way and at the same time seize the opportunities that arise in meeting another person. In addition, we are looking for an employee who thrives in a everyday life characterized by both high work intensity and periods of downtime.

We work in long shifts – up to 14 hours

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the applicable collective agreement, and the rules on New Pay.

This is a 37-hour position with a start date of 1 December 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.
