Do you have social pedagogy experience from residential facilities and are you passionate about creating development, quality of life and opportunities for people with autism - then we are looking for a social pedagogue who is professionally curious and who wants to go the extra mile to spot talents.

With us we work with people with autism in a specialized autism provision with 12 residents, including two special measures. We believe that it is our task to be curious about the individual person, to understand their perspective.

It is an ambition we bring into everyday life at Kronely. We work systematically to understand what makes sense for the individual citizen. We work together with the citizens to create a structure, without making the world smaller for the individual, and when we see a talent, an interest or an opportunity, we have the courage to pursue it.

Therefore we are looking for a colleague who wants to think along, ask questions and help develop our professional practice. A person who dares to be curious, who can see resources and who knows that small progress is sometimes the biggest.

We imagine that

• you are trained as a social pedagogue and have experience from residential facilities
• you see behavior as communication and are focused on what lies behind
• you can create predictability, safety and development opportunities – even when reality requires something other than the plan
• you can work independently, but at the same time view professional sparring as an important part of the task
• you don’t need to know everything about autism, but you want to understand more
• you are the kind of person who can stay calm in difficult situations and at the same time insist that there is room for humor, joy, development and dreams
• you may have knowledge of working with LA2 as a method to understand the inside perspective.

Salary and employment terms

In accordance with the applicable collective agreement between KL and the negotiating organization.

Upon employment references will be sought.

Criminal record

Upon employment a criminal record check will be obtained. Employment is conditional on the criminal record being free of notes of significance for performing the specific position.

Fredericia Municipality is a tobacco-free workplace.

The position is 37 hours. According to the municipality's personnel policy there may be a dialogue about individual wishes for flexibility in working hours and the organization of work.

Start date 1 December 2026 – or as soon as possible thereafter.
