Social Pedagogues

We are seeking experienced social pedagogues with strong human values

At POWERCARE we are looking for experienced social pedagogues who wish to work as temporary staff in municipalities, institutions, residential facilities and psychiatric departments in hospitals.

We are not just looking for competencies—we are looking for warm, responsible and decent people who meet citizens and patients with respect, calm, and professional care.

We offer flexible working hours, exciting tasks and the opportunity to make a difference for people with special needs.

We collaborate with educators who

• have solid professional knowledge and relevant experience
• work with high ethics and professional judgment
• create safety through presence, clarity and respect
• can engage professionally in both familiar and new environments
• meet people in vulnerable situations with calm and empathy
• take responsibility – for the task, the relationship and the collaboration

Opportunities to work in different professional contexts, including

• §85 interventions and social-pedagogical support
• residential facilities, institutions and specialized services
• psychiatric departments in hospitals

We match the tasks with your competences and experience and emphasise that you feel secure, prepared and respected in your work.

At POWERCARE, it is as important who you are as a person as what is on your CV.

Social pedagogues choose POWERCARE because

• orderly conditions and a professional collaborative culture
• thorough dialogue and correct matching of tasks
• respect for your professionalism and your boundaries
• opportunities for both shorter and longer-term temporary assignments
• an employer that prioritizes ethics, quality and humanity
• good pay and employment terms

We know that good social pedagogy starts with safe environments – also for you as a temporary worker.
