Educator ACS Holmehøj House C and The Yellow House

We are seeking a permanent position for House C and the Yellow House with a workload of 32 – 37 hours.

Who are we?

Holmehøj House C is part of Autism Center Southern Denmark and is a highly specialized 24-hour service for 8 adult citizens with varying degrees of autism and developmental disorders. They all thrive best in a predictable and recognizable daily life.

We create individual solutions through a high degree of professional reflection, so the citizens have the best possibilities to live a meaningful life for the citizen.

We collaborate closely across the houses as well as with the nearby day service where the majority of the citizens have their day employment.

The Yellow House is also a 24-hour service for adults with autism. Here the citizens' independence is greater, and the pedagogical task focuses on supporting the individual in their regulation and motivation for everyday life, so the citizen maintains and develops their skills.

• Can translate professional knowledge into practice
• Is professionally curious and reflective

• Contributes positively to the work environment
• Sees documentation as a natural part of the professional effort
• Has a driver's license
• Is prepared for personal care to be part of the task
• Is independent in task solving in The Yellow House
• Can receive and give constructive feedback

Salary and employment

The position is in principle 37 hours per week with start by agreement.

Region of Southern Denmark has adopted a strategy that all positions are announced as full-time positions. If you want part-time employment, please indicate this in your application.

The region is obliged to inform you of the starting salary for the position. You will be informed of base salary, centrally fixed allowances and pension in 32.38.1 . In addition to the starting salary, the salary may include any negotiated allowances depending on the position, your experience and qualifications.
