Klostermosen seeks an engaged employee

Are you passionate about working both in a team and with citizens one-to-one? Then you might be the one we are looking for at Klostermosen.

With us no day is the same. You will be part of a dedicated team around 12 citizens with both physical and mental disabilities. Some citizens need individually tailored support of 5–10 hours daily. Here you will have the opportunity for social-pedagogical immersion and presence in working with the individual citizen 2–3 times a week. The rest of the time you actively participate in the team's work.

The citizens can occasionally react outwardly—though on the milder end. We work preventively every day with professional methods to create security and reduce conflicts, but it is important that you can be calm, relational, and act competently if situations arise.
