The education program – this is how you do it

• The education starts with Grundforløb 2 , which you must apply for via optagelse.dk and choose between school attendance at Randers Social and Health School, Sosu Østjylland Aarhus or Sosu Østjylland Silkeborg.
• If you are over 25 years old, you can be employed with us from 1 February 2027 after an interview with us and with an admission letter from your chosen Sosu school.
• If you are under 25 years old, you must undertake Grundforløb 2 from 1 September 2026 or 1 February 2027 (where you can apply for SU), and subsequently you can apply for employment on the main course from 1 February 2027 or 28 June 2027

Practical information

• Duration of the education: approx. 3 years and 3 months including Grundforløb 2.
• Working hours: 37 hours per week.
• Salary: If you are over 25, you receive adult apprentice wages regardless of previous work experience.
• Digitisation and welfare technology: You have the opportunity to specialise with the direction Sosu-assistentelev Digitech .
• Favrskov Municipality is obligated to primarily offer employment to pupils residing in Favrskov Municipality.
• Valid work and residence permit: If you are not a Danish citizen, you must have a valid permit throughout the training program.
