About the job
Do you want to work at the intersection of health, technology and people and help drive international projects that improve everyday life for citizens, patients and health professionals?
Syddansk Sundhedsinnovation is seeking a project assistant for international projects in the User-Centered Innovation unit.
About the job You will become part of the User-Centered Innovation unit, which works with larger European Joint Actions in the health field. In the job you will, among other things,
- coordinate work packages with partners from several countries
- plan and conduct workshops with hospitals, researchers and patient organizations
- ensure coherence in the collaboration across countries and sectors
- contribute to translating EU requirements into realistic project plans and concrete deliverables
- contribute to evaluation, reporting and dissemination of results to professionals, politicians and civil society
You have a central role in ensuring progress in the projects. You take responsibility for your own work packages, follow up on agreements with partners and support the project manager with, among other things, user surveys and reporting.
Your profile We expect you to have a relevant academic education, for example in health sciences, political science, public health science or a related social or health-related field.
You have experience with project coordination or project management. The experience can come from employment, study projects or internships, and it is an advantage if you have worked with international projects or in the health sector.
You express yourself clearly and precisely in both Danish and English, in writing as well as orally, and you are used to communicating professional content to different target groups.
In your work you take your starting point in the users' needs. You ask instead of assuming, and you recognize that a nurse in Poland and a patient in Denmark may have different perspectives. You are used to working with multiple stakeholders and can collaborate across disciplines and countries. When frameworks and requirements change, you are able to create an overview, prioritise and find practical solutions together with the project manager and other partners.
It is not essential that you have many years of experience. The important thing is that you have a solid foundation in project work, good analytical skills and a desire to work with international project management in practice.
Syddansk Sundhedsinnovation regards diversity as an asset and encourages everyone regardless of personal background to apply.

We are around 75 employees in the Research Park in Odense with various professional backgrounds, including digitalization, robotics, anthropology and innovation management.
