SPS staff member for HF at SCU

We are looking for a colleague with strong personal and professional competences to support young people with SPS* in finding calm, focus and foothold in teaching and school life, and in completing their HF education in a good way.

You are skilled at building good relationships with young people and will thrive in close collaboration with the other professional and pedagogical staff to create and maintain clear frameworks and structures that feel supportive, guiding and motivating for our students.

• SPS are means for special pedagogical support for young people with disabilities such as dyslexia, ADD, ADHD and anxiety, and are provided as support in teaching and as mentoring conversations.

Your background

We imagine that you have experience from working with young people in an educational, social or educational context where the focus has been on support, structure and well-being.

We expect that you have an educational background that reflects your experience with young people.

The practical

In the first instance this is a fixed-term position corresponding to 80%, and employment is in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Start as soon as possible after agreement.
