Who are we

You will become part of a strong cross-disciplinary team consisting of social and health care assistants, social and health care workers, unskilled workers, students, training and activity staff, planners and managers.

You can expect to have a fixed base on a ward, where you will have the opportunity to get to know both residents and colleagues well. At the same time we help each other across the house when needed – because it makes sense and because we are a shared house, for us and for the residents.

Your tasks depend on whether you are a social and health care assistant or a social and health care helper.

Salary and terms of employment

In accordance with the applicable collective agreement between KL and the negotiating organization.

Criminal record

Upon employment a criminal record will be obtained. Employment is conditional on the criminal record being free of remarks of significance for performing the specific position

Fredericia Municipality is a tobacco-free workplace.

Evening shift positions are 37 hours. According to the municipality's personnel policy, there can be dialogue about individual wishes for flexibility in working hours and the arrangement of work.

From 1 January 2027 we work with a dialogue-based shift plan, where you will have the opportunity to influence your shift plan.

Start date 1 December 2026.
