The home care Tjæreborg is seeking as soon as possible a social and health care assistant for primarily day shifts

We are looking for you who

• are trained social- and health care assistant
• put the citizen at the center and work rehabilitative
• are responsible, flexible and reliable
• can work independently and at the same time be a good team player
• contribute positively to the community
• have a driver's license for passenger car

Your tasks are

• holistic care and nursing in citizens' own homes
• nursing observations and follow-up
• medication handling and documentation
• interdisciplinary collaboration with citizens, relatives and partners
• contribute to creating coherent and dignified citizen pathways

Practical information

• the position is primarily day shifts and 37 hours per week
• start as soon as possible or by agreement

Salary and employment terms are fixed in accordance with the applicable collective agreement, including the current provisions on local pay.
