SSA – would you like to make a little girl's nights safe?

Regular night shift · 4-5 shifts per week · Aarhus area

Are you a social and health care assistant (SSA) and do you thrive with night shifts, presence and high professionalism ?

Then we have a special opportunity for you.

We are seeking 2-3 SSAs for a new, fixed night shift team around a small girl of only 3 months. There is the possibility to have influence on your own working hours.

The girl has complex health-care needs and needs an awake and present SSA with her throughout the night. She generally sleeps well, but requires close observation and help when needed.

Your night with us

You will become an important part of a small, stable team and will work closely with the child and the family.

Your tasks will include, among others

• Observation and monitoring
• Observation of breathing and oxygen saturation
• Suction of mouth and nose as needed
• Sondé feeding and fluids
• Positioning and general care
• Calm, presence and security

You are awake during the entire shift, but the child usually sleeps well.

Shifts typically run 22.00-06.00 or 23.00-07.00.

✔️ can keep an overview if the situation changes

✔️ thrives on working independently

✔️ wants to become part of a small, stable team

✔️ can communicate easily in English

You do not necessarily need experience with children. The most important is your professionalism, calmness and willingness to learn.

Salary according to the applicable collective agreement.
