With us, 32 wonderful elderly residents have their home. We live in a scenic setting on a hillside in Lunderskov, with a view of nature.

Your tasks

• Perform basic and complex care tasks with a focus on the citizen's mastery of their own life.
• Ensure coherence in the citizen's progression through close interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Be curious about the citizen's resources and support the "to be able to do it themselves" principle.
• Document professionally and accurately in eye-level with the citizen and their relatives.

• are educated as SSA/SSH/pedagogue and can see yourself in the five guiding principles.
• meet the citizen with curiosity rather than ready-made answers.
• can see the value in the small moments and thrive with the responsibility in the evening hours.
• dare to take responsibility when you see something that could be done better
• prioritize the good collaboration with colleagues, relatives and volunteers.
• always offer to do the small extra thing that can make a big difference for citizens or colleagues.
• have a good mood and enjoy that not two days are the same.

Workplace: Kongsbjerghjemmet, Reinholdts Bakke 27, 6640 Lunderskov

Shift type: primary evening shift. We offer 37 hours, but are open to other wishes. The 30 hours can be placed in other shifts.
