We are seeking an engaged and professionally curious social- and health care helper who wants to make a difference for citizens with diverse needs and at the same time help shape a new municipal initiative.

We offer

• 28 hours per week
• Fixed night shift for 7 days, Monday to Monday, in even weeks, 23:00-07:00
• Weekend shift every 2nd weekend
• Start 1.1.2027.

You will be working on temporary placements in Rynkeby, which move from Munkebo – Rehabilitation Center Toften, mid-December 2026.

At night you will work alongside an SSA colleague on the 12 temporary placements.

You should expect that part of the working time will also take place at citizens’ homes, where you drive to them.

Who are we?

The 12 municipal temporary placements will among other things offer

• Respite stays – temporary support for citizens and relatives
• Clarification stays – assessment of the citizen's future needs
• Palliative stays – focusing on relief, care and dignity

We employ SSAs and SSHs.

You will therefore be an important part of a team that together will help create the new everyday life around the municipal temporary placements.

Salary and terms of employment

Employment is in accordance with the applicable collective agreement for social- and health workers, negotiated between KL and FOA. The position is classified as a social- and health care helper/assistant on 30-37 hours.

Expected salary range: DKK 21,289.06 – 24,833.08 per month excluding employer-paid pension, voluntary early retirement and holiday allowance. There may be locally agreed allowances, qualification-, function- and addition allowances.

The final salary is determined based on your qualifications and previous work experience after specific negotiations with the relevant trade union.
