In Halsnæs Municipality Home Care we have a strong focus on wellbeing and good collaborative relationships. We know that it matters for how the tasks for citizens are carried out when we get along well with each other.

For the home care service we are looking for a day shift worker who can see themselves in our everyday life - where care, high professionalism and collaboration go hand in hand and where good energy and easy laughter are very welcome.

The tasks are built on meeting the citizen in their own home, where the approach is based on dignity, respectfulness and warm contact. They are thought of in a rehabilitative and supportive way, so that the citizen can maintain their functional level for as long as possible and experience as much quality of life as possible.

We work in fixed teams. Fixed teams are a way to organize the care and support for our elderly citizens from a holistic and multidisciplinary perspective. Whether they are called fixed, self-managed or multidisciplinary teams, they share a focus on strengthening citizens' self-determination and sense of continuity. So here is a good opportunity to join from the start.

Salary and terms of employment are set in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. In addition, qualification and function allowances can be negotiated. The expected base salary for 37 hours is in the range of DKK 29,391 – 32,840 per month excluding pension, depending on experience and competences.
