About the field-outreach team and the Elderly Homes at Ulleruphus

The Elderly Homes at Ulleruphus are part of the self-governing institution Ulleruphus, where there is a bilingual culture. We have both deaf and hearing residents and staff.

We do not require that you have sign language competencies before employment.

Ulleruphus consists of 46 elderly homes and 45 care homes within the same building. You will work both in the building at Ulleruphus and out in the town with citizens who have needs. Here we face a future reorganization, where the theme is expected to be merged with another outreach district.

Our staff composition in the elderly homes consists of social and health care personnel, nurses, and house assistants. We value each other's differences and the possibility to see things from different perspectives, where we have the core task in focus based on the quality standards that are in place.

We expect that you

Salary and employment conditions

In accordance with the applicable collective agreement between KL and the negotiating organization.

Fredericia Municipality is a tobacco-free workplace.

It is a fixed full-time position with work every other weekend in even weeks, where from 2027 we will switch to a dialogue-based shift plan. In accordance with the municipality's personnel policy, there may be room for discussion of individual wishes for flexibility in working hours and organization of work.
