We are a family-owned temp agency where we know each other well, help each other, and have a close and personal contact with both clients and temporary workers. The days vary – some days there is a lot of phone activity, while on other days there is time to go out and visit customers.

Your tasks

• Booking and coordination of temps
• Daily contact with clients and temps
• Handling changes, illness and urgent bookings
• Recruitment and screening of new temps
• Telephone and written contact
• Customer visits to existing clients
• Administrative tasks in connection with staffing and personnel
• Participation in our on-call arrangement and on-call phone

Who are you?

We imagine that you

• Are service-minded and good at communicating with many different people
• Can maintain an overview – even when changes occur suddenly
• Are self-reliant, responsible and good at finding solutions
• Are flexible regarding working hours and tasks
• Have good IT skills
• Fluent in Danish and English in both writing and speaking
• Have a driving license – it’s an advantage, but not a requirement

Experience with recruitment, sales, customer service, personnel or from the temp industry is, of course, an advantage, but not a requirement. For us, your personality, your approach to people, and your ability to take responsibility matter at least as much.
