About the job

Do you want to be part of the Danish Agency for Digitisation, which is at the forefront of Denmark's digital development? We are looking for a thorough and structured student who will be part of the team behind borger.dk and help with analytical and data-related tasks on borger.dk.

Borger.dk is the digital entry point to the public sector, where citizens search for information, use digital self-services, read Digital Post or check personal data on My Overview – and in 2025 there were more than 115 million visits to the portal. This places high demands on us who develop and operate borger.dk, and we work every day to make a difference for citizens.

Office for borger.dk You will become part of the Office for borger.dk and have your workplace in the heart of Copenhagen, right by Kongens Nytorv. We work together to further develop, maintain and operate borger.dk. Therefore, we handle many different types of tasks that require different competencies and areas of expertise.

You will be one of two students in the office, and you will quickly take on responsibility for your own tasks with good support from your manager and colleagues.

We are a cross-disciplinary office with 29 colleagues who are communications consultants, UX designers, project managers, technical specialists, operations managers and product owners. We have a strong professional and social community, where we value sparring and professional development highly.

Your tasks

You will join the secretariat team, where you will solve many different tasks across the office and in close collaboration with your colleagues.

More specifically, your tasks will include

  • Support the data work in terms of pulling, processing and visualising data on citizens' behaviour on borger.dk
  • Contribute to the preparation of questionnaires in relevant tools, for example SurveyXact
  • Help answer inquiries from citizens and authorities
  • Assist with updates on borger.dk in our CMS, Sitecore
  • Assist in various projects/analyses.

About you We are looking for someone who is pursuing a relevant IT or social science higher education and who has at least one year left of your studies.

You will be a good fit if you recognize yourself in the following

  • Work in a structured and systematic way
  • Have an analytical flair and are good at working with data
  • Are good at expressing yourself in writing
  • Pay attention to details
  • Are keen to get involved in the engine room of a public IT organization and experience how digitalisation is driven in close collaboration with authorities and suppliers.

With us you will be professionally challenged and gain experiences you can use in your career after your studies.
