About the job
Are you interested in regulatory work? Do you have a good overview and a systematic approach to task solving? Then you may be our new student assistant!
Tasks
Your work will mainly consist of regulatory sealings at the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration at Fredericia Port, which you will carry out in collaboration with a number of colleagues.
Your responsibilities will be
- sort mail and receive advance notices
- perform sealings and customer service
- draft and return sealing certificates
- other ad hoc work in FødevareSyd

We need your help as soon as possible.
Salary and employment terms
The employment is made according to the current organizational agreement for office staff, laboratory technicians and IT staff between the Ministry of Finance and HK Stat.
Your weekly working time is as a rule 15 hours with the workplace at Kystvejen 14 in Fredericia.
The working hours are distributed on weekdays in the time period between 09:00 and 15:00. When you should work we will agree collectively so that it is possible to combine with a study. Since you participate in a rotation with your colleagues to cover holidays and other absence, there may be periods of overtime.
