Student assistant to the finance department at one of Denmark's leading property developers

Do you want to put your knowledge of economics and financing into practice while also gaining insight into a company that covers the entire value chain from site purchase and development to construction, rental and operation? Then you might be our new student assistant in the finance department at Birch Ejendomme in Silkeborg.

About the position

You will become part of our finance department and report directly to our CFO, Jacob Øbo Sørensen. The team works closely to secure a solid financial foundation for the business, and you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of tasks that you can help shape.

You will be involved in financial management, reporting, analysis and development of financial processes. You will get close to how the finances of a real estate developer hang together, and contribute to the deliverables the department provides to the business and management.

Your tasks may include

• Preparation and maintenance of reports and presentations
• Support of forecast and budget processes
• Analyses of financial key figures and performance
• Development and optimization of financial processes and tools
• Ad hoc tasks and analyses for management and business

Who are you?

You are on the 6th semester or higher in HA or cand.merc., preferably with a focus on financing, financial management or similar. You have a strong analytical sense and are motivated by creating structure, overview and value through data and insight.

• Communicate clearly in Danish, both verbally and in writing
