Student job: Compliance and Project Manager

Do you want ownership of a whole company's compliance, and do you like to bring order to processes? Our partner seeks a student who becomes the coordinator on the company's compliance platform and at the same time helps be project leader on client cases. You report directly to the CEO and will have responsibility from day one. In this position, your enthusiasm and engagement matter more than your education.

The study job

You will work in two tracks. One is compliance and process-oriented, where you take over ownership of the company's compliance platform from another student and become the coordinator on it. The other is the company's digital election solution, where you are involved from the first client meeting until the election is carried out. If the business grows as expected, there is room for the role to be expanded.

Tasks

• Have ownership of the GRC platform and be the coordinator on it
• Keep track of documents, risks and documentation of processes
• Prepare and maintain process descriptions and written documentation
• Analysis of quality assurance and process optimization
• Test and quality assure the digital election platform
• Project management of digital elections in contact with customers

The company

Our partner is a privately owned IT company with headquarters in Herlev. The company was founded in 2000 and is a small organization that advises and develops products within mobile solutions.

You will receive close sparring with the CEO and colleagues who are used to having students. It is a solid foundation for a career in compliance, digital project management and product development. The company already has a student employee and is used to working with young people.
