Student assistant for Mølleåen Nature Park and Nature Guiding Egedal 10 hours per week

Are you passionate about nature and outdoor life? Do you have the courage to communicate to many different audiences? Can you communicate on social media in writing, pictures and video? Do you find developing projects exciting, and can you translate project ideas into strong applications and fundraising?

Naturpark Mølleåen and Naturvejledning Egedal are seeking a student assistant 10 hours per week for a three-year period from 2027-29. The tasks are diverse and planned in close collaboration with the nature guide in Naturpark Mølleåen and Naturvejledning Egedal.

You must thrive with many different tasks and roles

• at the computer, where you work with communication, project development and fundraising, knowledge gathering and documentation, planning, presentations and meeting agendas
• in nature year-round, where the framework is not always predictable, with dissemination of nature and outdoor life to both children, young people and adults
• in the equipment depot with cleaning, preparation and packing
• in the office with participation in both internal and external meetings with partners
• in a supportive role, for the three-year project Nature Host and Nature Friends and the ongoing secretariat function in Naturpark Mølleåen

About you

You are good at working in a structured and goal-oriented way. You can work independently and together with others. You have good communication skills both in writing, speaking, with images and video. You thrive on standing up and communicating to a larger group, both children and adults. You have humor, are collaborative, proactive and efficient.

You may be pursuing a education within the green sector, e.g., nature guide, outdoor guide, biologist, forest and landscape engineer, nature management m.m. It could also be that you are teacher- or pedagogy-student with interest and competencies within outdoor school, nature and outdoor life.

You have knowledge of common IT tools and you have a driver's license.

About us

Naturpark Mølleåen is a collaboration between four municipalities (Allerød, Egedal, Frederikssund and Furesø). The park's secretariat function is handled by Egedal Municipality's nature guide. You will become part of our Nature and Agriculture group with four dedicated colleagues. We are part of the Department of Nature and Waste under the Center for City, Technology and Environment, where we are just under 100 employees.

Salary and terms of employment

The position is part-time and salary and terms of employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and according to Ny Løn principles. The weekly working time is 10 hours, but can vary and can be planned flexibly in dialogue with you. The work may occur outside normal working hours. The primary workplace is Egedal Town Hall, Dronning Dagmars Vej 200, 3650 Ølstykke.
