Børnehuset Midgård is looking for a pedagogue for the kindergarten 37 hours/week

• Are a trained pedagogue - preferably with experience with the oldest kindergarten children
• Are curious about people – both big and small

• Can see the child behind the behavior, even when it makes noise, roars or has had a difficult morning
• Can take a conflict about a shovel seriously
• Can keep a level head and a warm heart
• Know that play is serious work
• Bring your heart to work and can maintain an overview, even when the day takes an unexpected turn

About the house Childcare House Midgård is a sustainable and well-functioning integrated institution located scenically by open fields with Tølløse School as a neighbor. We have good bus and train connections nearby.

Our house, built in 2015, is laid out in a snail-like shape with several entrances, which creates calm and overview. We have modern facilities with a kitchen and toilet in every room as well as good outdoor areas.

The institution houses five kindergarten groups and four nursery groups. Our staffing norm follows the recommendations from BUPL, FOA and KL with a distribution of 63.5% pedagogues and 36.5% pedagogical assistants.
