About the job

Are you structured, professionally curious and would you like to work closely with an experienced specialist in Copenhagen Municipality?

Then we offer a very special opportunity to gain insight into public case processing, data flows and legal practice – while making a concrete difference in everyday life.

About the position

You will become part of the Civil Registry, Control and International House, where you will assist an employee with tasks such as:

  • control of residence registrations
  • late reporting of moving and penalty notices
  • legal assessments and case processing

You will help support daily work by, for example

  • reading, structuring and wording texts and documents
  • quality assuring language and formulations
  • assisting with notes, emails and written communication
  • participating in case reviews and tasks as well as more citizen-oriented cases, where you will become an important sparring partner

What you can learn with us

You will gain insight into a complex public organisation and learn how legal, technical and data-driven processes work together.

This is not only a job as a disability attendant – it is also an opportunity to build valuable experience with, among other things

  • case processing in practice
  • legal assessments and administrative law
  • data flows and IT understanding in a public context
  • written communication and documentation

Your key competencies

  • You have control of written communication and can write correct, clear Danish and English
  • You are structured, have an eye for detail and can work closely with one colleague, but also independently
  • You are responsible, curious and ready to learn new things
  • You want to make a difference – both professionally and ethically

To hold the position you must be actively enrolled in an advanced-level education. We imagine that your field of study could be within law, political science, social sciences, public administration or similar.

Salary and employment terms

You will be employed in accordance with the applicable collective agreement with an average weekly working time of 20 hours as a personal disability attendant (student job). The work can be arranged flexibly, and we take into account your exam periods. You must document that you are studying. Your place of work will be Nyropsgade 3, 1602 Copenhagen V.

We wish to fill the position as soon as possible. We will obtain references in connection with the employment.
