Welder for MIG and TIG in Fredericia

You will become part of a larger setup where welding work on the industrial side is the direction. The role is autonomous, so you must be able to take responsibility for your tasks and get things done properly. Your day-to-day The tasks are planned welding tasks on the industrial side, where you must keep track of quality and sequence yourself. You work with several welding methods, and the most important is that you deliver something you can stand by.

You will, among other things, be working with

• Work with MAG, MIG and MMA welding
• Work with TIG and pipe welding
• Weld in black steel or stainless steel depending on the task
• Read the task and adapt the work along the way
• Say if something does not match the execution

The bonus scheme ensures that your effort is felt, and the camaraderie means you are not just a number in the line. Here you should be able to take the lead, but there must also be room for a working day you want to come in to.

We are looking for you who can check most of the boxes We do not expect that you have done it all before. But you must be able to see a task and get started.

We imagine that you

• Have experience as a welder
• Have tried MIG, MAG, MMA or TIG before
• Have a couple of years of experience in the trade
• Can work independently and keep appointments
• Show up reliably and speak up if something is not right

It is an advantage if you have worked with several welding methods before. But the most important is that you can deliver proper work without someone standing next to you all day.
