Swedish- and/or Norwegian-speaking claims handler and communications advisor sought for SAFEonNET® and ATAK Nordic

Do you want to work at the intersection of digital security, communication and online reputation management? SAFEonNET® is expanding in the Swedish and Norwegian markets, and we are therefore seeking new colleagues for our office on Østerbro in Copenhagen, near Svanemøllen Station.

We are looking for Swedish- and/or Norwegian-speaking employees who have an interest in digital security, communication and customer service, and who thrive on helping people and businesses with digital challenges.

About the position

As a damage handler at SAFEonNET®, you will be part of a team that helps individuals and companies prevent and manage digital security incidents.

At the same time you will become part of ATAK Nordic, where you will take on the role of communications advisor and work on tasks within digital security, crisis communication and online reputation management (ORM).

Your duties will include

• Handling and management of inquiries about digital security incidents.
• Advice and customer service to our Swedish and Norwegian customers.
• Communication with customers, partners and other stakeholders.
• Advice and case handling within online reputation management.
• Participation in other communications and advisory tasks at ATAK Nordic.

Who are you?

We imagine that you have a background in or an interest in both communication and customer service.

It is advantageous if you have experience with advisory work, case handling or customer contact, but it is not a requirement that you have previously worked with digital security or online reputation management.

We place particular emphasis on the following

• Speak and write Swedish and/or Norwegian at a high level.
• Have good communication skills and a service-minded approach.
• Work in a structured, independent and responsible manner.
• Be curious about digital security, technology and online communication.
• Want to learn and develop professionally.
