Nurse sought for the residential facility Momentet in Gentofte

Are you interested in psychiatric nursing as well as quality assurance and development of psychosocial interventions? Then you can help develop Momentet.

We are seeking a qualified nurse for our lovely residential facility, Momentet, for a permanent full-time position with start on 1 November 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.

Who are we?

Momentet is a holistic and flexible offer for young adults aged 18-35. The facility contains 19 §107 places for young adults with psychosocial challenges who have complex issues and a moderate to high need for support.

We base our work on recovery-oriented rehabilitation and offer psychosocial interventions that empower people to live a good, independent and meaningful life.

As a nurse with us you will become part of the residential facility's multidisciplinary team, which collaborates with residents on their future goals and attends to individual support needs. You will also participate in the daily coverage of our residential facility together with the other staff.

You will particularly have responsibility for the development and operation of Momentet's somatic and medication management practices, including training and documentation.

Momentet is staffed around the clock. Therefore you must be prepared for varying working hours and to work every third weekend. The position does not involve night shifts.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a nurse who

• Is interested in applying their nursing knowledge in the pedagogical field and participate in the daily work community.
• Has experience with the target group – preferably with psychosocial rehabilitation and issues facing young people, but it is not a requirement.
• Has competencies in psychiatric nursing and can oversee the operation, development and quality assurance of medication management, including conducting training and ongoing training of multidisciplinary staff in assisting with medication tasks.
• Can develop and quality-assure practice of health care documentation in relation to the 12 nursing professional problem areas, hygiene and somatics in general.
• Has knowledge and experience with UTH.
• Can offer nursing professional sparring within the somatic and psychiatric field.
• Ensure contact with own GP, district psychiatry and accompaniment during hospital visits.
