Welcome to Ward 5 – specialized treatment with the person at the center

With us you become part of a ward that specializes in the treatment of patients with

Here, experience and new energy meet in a work environment characterized by collaboration, professional curiosity and respect.

Your everyday life as a nurse with us

As a nurse you will have responsibility as the contact person for one or more patients and will collaborate closely with your colleagues in a multidisciplinary team. We work with open dialogue, respect for each other’s professional disciplines, and shared responsibility for patient pathways.

You will become part of a workplace with

  • introductory conversations with management at start and after 1, 3 and 6 months
  • courses and teaching on relevant topics

  • psychopathology
  • basic training in self-harm
  • de-escalation (mandatory course)
  • cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)
