The position is to be filled on 1 December 2026 or we are happy to wait for the right upcoming colleague.

About the positions

• Up to 37 hours per week (we are flexible and happy to listen to your wishes)
• Day and evening shifts
• Approximately 10 evening shifts over 12 weeks
• Weekend work every 4th weekend
• We work with flexible scheduling, where you have a high degree of influence on your own roaster.

You will work both in the citizens' homes and in our nursing clinics.

Who are you?

You are a qualified nurse — perhaps with experience from the municipality, hospital or something entirely different.

The most important for us is not necessarily where you come from, but how you meet people and collaborate.

Who are we?

Home- and Nursing Care Aars is one of four districts in Vesthimmerland Municipality.

We are centrally located in Aars and work closely with the home care service — both organizationally and in daily life. We believe that strong relationships between professional groups create better solutions for the citizens. We are co-organized with the SOSU – groups and have been since 2013.

We are also a workplace in development, which is happy to lead and try new ways.

• From 1 January 2027 implementation of acute nursing as a regional task, but with municipal delivery.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment are according to the applicable collective agreement with DSR.

A criminal record check and references are obtained prior to employment.
