You will become part of a nursing group consisting of about 33 nurses with very different experiences and professional competencies. That diversity is one of our strengths.

About the position

As a home nurse with us you will have a daily life with great variation and the opportunity to shape your own working day.

The position is initially day shifts with occasional evening shifts.

In everyday life you will meet a wide range of citizens, both old and young, with complex problems and diverse needs. Your tasks span widely and include among other things:

• Palliative courses
• Acute nursing assessments and interventions
• Wound care
• Coordination of citizen pathways across sectors
• Clinical tasks in our nursing clinic

We are also facing an exciting development where the new health reform is expected to bring new possibilities and tasks into municipal nursing. In Kalundborg Municipality there has been a decision that acute nursing should continue to be an integrated part of home nursing, which means you will be part of a field of work in ongoing development.

You will be part of a daily life where you need both overview, independence and strong clinical competencies, but where you also always have colleagues nearby for sparring and collaboration.

We are looking for you who

• Are a trained nurse
• Active use your professional skills in collaboration with citizens, relatives, colleagues and partners
• Can maintain an overview and prioritize your tasks when the daily life is busy
• Desire to work independently, but never alone
• Have a mind for complex nursing and coordination
• Appreciate collaboration, professionalism and a good work environment
• Prioritize documentation as an important part of the nursing professional effort
• Have a valid driving license and thrive with the car being part of your workplace

Salary and employment terms The position is 37 hours weekly or as agreed .

Work is generally arranged every 4th weekend .

Salary and employment terms are in accordance with applicable collective agreement and the principles of local salary formation.
