About the job

The outpatient clinic for heart diseases is seeking a new employee, so does your heart beat for cardiology? Are you looking for a workplace with opportunities for development and independence? – Then we have the perfect position for you

We are seeking a nurse for a permanent position in the outpatient clinic for heart diseases.

Are you a trained nurse, with a minimum of 2 years' experience (preferably from cardiology) and do you find, like us, that cardiology is exciting, then you should apply for a position at the outpatient clinic for heart diseases.

The position is 37 hours per week with start December 1, 2026 or as agreed.

Working hours are on weekdays between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. with a weekend shift every 4th weekend on our ward E2 - Heart Diseases.

The outpatient clinic is divided into several autonomous nursing outpatient clinics such as pacemaker/ICD controls, rehabilitation, lipid management, heart failure, thrombosis and treatment, Arrhythmia clinic and ultrasound of the heart.

In addition, we perform cardiac CT, exercise tests, planned DC conversion as well as placement and reading of Holter. Furthermore, we assist with implantation and exchange of pacemakers. At the same time, our pathway nurses help create a good and coherent patient journey.

In addition to the planned functions, we handle subacute DC conversion and acute pacemaker implantation.

The staff group consists of about 28 dedicated nurses and 2 social and health care assistants, who all value independence and the many tasks with specialized functions. We have a strong collegial community and a work environment with room for both professional development and social interaction where humor and care are in the foreground.

We offer

  • A structured introduction and training program tailored to your competencies
  • Experienced nurses to consult with
  • Fantastic colleagues who are passionate about the cardiology specialty
  • Possibility to influence the type of shift in the ward
  • An exciting specialty with opportunities for both personal and professional development
  • Close collaboration between doctors and nurses
  • Strong interdisciplinary collaboration with the ward
  • A flexible workplace that takes the individual into account
  • A high level of ambition with pride in cross-disciplinary results

We are looking for a nurse who

  • Has a minimum of 2 years of cardiology or other relevant experience
  • Is interested in short-term nursing and thrives with a high patient flow
  • Is interested in and has flair for acute and technically oriented tasks
  • Wants and is able to participate in - and contribute to - a positive and efficient interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Is able to keep calm and maintain overview, even in pressured situations
  • Likes working in a busy daily routine where good collegial cooperation is key
  • Can maintain an overview and prioritize tasks
  • Can work independently and take responsibility
  • Has experience and knowledge in heart diseases
  • Has good collaboration skills, is welcoming and helpful
