The new elderly care reform sets the course for the future of elderly care with a focus on self-determination, proximity, continuity and rehabilitation. In Home Care Allingåbro we work purposefully with a new organization where interdisciplinary teams create coherent pathways for citizens and ensure that the individual can live an active and meaningful life for as long as possible.

As a nurse you will become an important player in this development. You will have the opportunity to make your professional mark on the new ways of working in close collaboration with management and your colleagues.

Your tasks

You will have an exciting and varied daily life, including

• Nursing care for citizens with complex and chronic diseases
• Acute nursing assessments and interventions
• Palliative and terminal nursing care
• Rehabilitative and preventive interventions in close collaboration with the citizen
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with SOSU workers, therapists, doctors and other partners
• Coordinating and guiding function in the team
• Shared responsibility for professional development and sparring in everyday work

• Is a licensed nurse
• Wants to work with rehabilitation and citizen involvement
• Thrives in a field characterized by development and change
• Is professionally curious and can work independently
• Is good at building relationships and collaborating across professional disciplines
• Can maintain an overview and prioritize in a dynamic daily life
• Contributes positively to the community with humor, engagement and a good mood
