• Be responsible for care and treatment pathways for complex residents
• Have a day-to-day where you communicate affirmatively with residents, relatives and colleagues - even in busy times.
• Work in a value-based workplace where warmth, well-being and community create a good culture, where the individual is always in focus
• Be a role model, help, guide and teach, and be part of that
• Support and mentor the SOSU staff so that all competencies are utilized optimally
• Work with quality assurance, professional development and implementation of new initiatives
• Actively participate in development projects and cross-disciplinary collaborations
• Be able to spar with other nurses

Practical info

• The position is 30-37 hours
• Salary and employment according to the applicable collective agreement
• We work every fourth weekend, and share the holidays
• Health insurance, which includes for example physiotherapy, chiropractor m.m.

About Riis Friplejehjem

Riis is a living and homely place with 40 care apartments spread over 2 floors, where staff every day work to create a meaningful and secure daily life for the residents.

We have a large hall for communal activities, where the activity staff organizes various activities for the delight of the home’s residents. Volunteers and the circle of friends also play an active role in daily life, and the meals are prepared in the home’s own production kitchen.
