About the job

When a person collapses with cardiac arrest, quick help is crucial. The 20 nearest cardiac runners receive an alarm, and a defibrillator is collected on the way to the patient to provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation as quickly as possible. The Cardiac Runner Scheme and Defibrillator Network have become an important part of the Danish effort to ensure fast help when every minute counts.

It is people who step in. But behind it also stand digital solutions, data, systems and collaboration that work when it truly matters.

Now the Cardiac Runner Scheme and Defibrillator Network face the greatest change ever. From 2028 the regions will take over the responsibility for the two nationwide solutions, which today are run by Tryg Foundation. Therefore we are now seeking both a system administrator and a project consultant who will help ensure a strong transition and lay the foundation for future cross-regional operation and development.

It is not just a job in digitisation. It is digitisation with a purpose. It’s about life!

Join us to ensure the future Cardiac Runner Scheme and Defibrillator Network

When the regions take over the Cardiac Runner Scheme and Defibrillator Network, a new cross-regional secretariat must be established, which will be responsible for the operation, coordination and further development of the solutions.

Regardless of whether you are hired as a system administrator or project consultant, you will have a central role in creating structure, coherence and momentum in a society-critical task.

You will work closely with skilled colleagues in the prehospital care, technology, development and operations, and you will have the opportunity to influence solutions that contribute to fast help in cardiac arrest.

System Administrator

Are you the type who creates order in complexity?

As a system administrator you will share responsibility to ensure that the technical foundations are in place when the regions take over the solutions. In the beginning the task is to create an overview, ensure documentation and anchor essential knowledge. In the longer term you will be a key person in operation, management and further development of the solutions.

You will among other things

  • create an overview of the system landscape, integrations, data flows and technical dependencies
  • contribute to establishing ITIL-based service management processes, governance and the future system management
  • coordinate collaboration between business, suppliers, information security and compliance, including contribute to work with data processing agreements and contractual matters
  • support testing, implementation and technical deliveries as well as further development of solutions

We imagine that you

  • have experience with system management, IT operations or other mission-critical systems
  • thrive on creating structure in complex technical contexts
  • can translate technical details into documentation, overview and decision basis
  • are strong in collaboration with technicians, suppliers and business
  • have knowledge of governance, information security and service management processes.

It is also advantageous to have knowledge of agile ways of working.

Project Consultant

Are you the type who makes collaborations function?

As a project consultant you will become a central part of the upcoming cross-regional secretariat. You will be the one who helps create momentum, bring the threads together and ensure that decisions become actions. You will have a role close to both project management, executive assistance and coordination across many stakeholders.

You will among other things

  • support the handover of the Cardiac Runner Scheme and Defibrillator Network, including contribute to collecting and structuring knowledge and documentation for the handover
  • coordinate activities, decisions and deliveries across the project and ensure follow-up on agreements
  • support meeting forums, steering committees and collaboration fora, including preparing decision papers
  • coordinate development activities and cross-regional collaboration after the handover.

We imagine that you

  • have several years of experience with project work, coordination or secretariat support
  • are strong at creating structure and momentum in complex tasks
  • thrive in collaboration with many different people and professional backgrounds
  • communicate clearly and follow up on decisions and agreements
  • work independently and take responsibility to make things happen.

Ready to join?

Whether you are most at home in systems, processes and operations or in coordination, collaboration and project work, you will here have the opportunity to work with solutions where the impact is visible. For when help must reach the scene as quickly as possible, the technology must work every time.

If you want to know more about the position, you can contact project manager Katja Meier at phone 20 36 01 56 or Scrum Master Hussein Kerim at phone 23 25 47 92. We look forward to hearing from you.
