Dental clinic assistants sought for a permanent position and a maternity leave cover in Vordingborg Municipality's dental care

Vordingborg Municipal Dental Care is seeking a new dental clinic assistant. The position is 37 hours per week and is expected to be filled from December 1, 2026, or as soon as possible. In addition to a permanent position, we are also looking for a maternity leave substitute starting February 1, 2027 at 37 hours/week.

As a clinic assistant with us you will become part of a committed team of 33 skilled colleagues. We are dentists, specialists in orthodontics and surgery, dental hygienists, clinical assistants, and administrative staff. We thus have a broad and diverse patient group, where you can get a unique opportunity to develop in the direction you are passionate about.

Vordingborg Municipality has attached over 9,000 children from ages 0-22 and about 400 adult patients in the adult dental care (special, social and elderly dental care). We perform our own surgical treatments and have an anesthesia team that assists us a few times a month.

Your tasks will include, among others

• Assistance with all types of patient treatments and charting for both dentists and dental hygienists.
• Acquisition of X-ray images/OP and clinical photos
• Depending on your experience and ambitions, there is the possibility of independent patient treatment, which includes: initial visits, hygiene instructions, fissure sealing, etc.
• Various administrative tasks in connection with patient treatment.

Employment terms
