Teacher/pedagogical staff sought for Køng Friskole.

Do you have a strong pedagogical expertise, a good eye for children and a desire to be part of a small friskole where relationships, community and professionalism go hand in hand? Then you may be the one we are looking for.

At Køng Friskole we are looking for a new colleague who primarily will have lessons in Little Group , but who also must be able to handle teaching and other tasks in Middle Group .

We are looking for you who primarily has a solid pedagogical expertise .

You do not necessarily need to be a trained teacher. Perhaps you are a pedagogue or PAU, perhaps you have experience from the school sector, perhaps you are in the process of or considering teacher education – or perhaps you are already a qualified teacher and simply do not have many (perhaps no) years of experience yet.

For us, the most important is not the right title on your certificate.

The most important is that you are the right adult for the children and the right colleague for Køng Friskole.

• are good at relationships and have an eye for the individual child.
• can work in a structured way and take responsibility for a group of children.
• have a desire to teach and develop your teaching practice.

• are curious, flexible and want to be an active part of the community.
• can see yourself in a friskole where we know each other, help each other and take responsibility for the whole.

Your daily life at Køng Friskole

You will primarily be attached to Little Group , where the pedagogical work, the relationships and the children's development are central.

At the same time you should be able to participate in Middle Group and undertake teaching and other tasks across the school.

We are a small school, and therefore it is important that you can both immerse yourself in your own tasks and at the same time want to be part of the collective.

We believe that structure and relationships are each other's prerequisites , and that children develop best when they are met by adults who can both set frameworks and be present.

You can start right now.

We need a colleague right now.

Therefore there is an opportunity to begin now in a fixed-term position at 85 % until 30. November 2026 .

Thereafter the plan is that the position continues as a permanent position at 80-85% from 1. December 2026 , if it is right for both of us.

This also means that you do not need to wait for permanent employment to get to know the children, the colleagues and Køng.
