Team Leader for Home Care Team Northwest in Nakskov

Do you want to lead a mobile home care team where good leadership should be felt by both the staff and the citizens?

We are seeking a team leader for Team Northwest in Nakskov. Here you will have a leadership role close to everyday life, the staff and the core task. At the same time you will have the opportunity to help develop home care in a time where new requirements and possibilities call for professionalism, courage and innovative thinking. An important part of the task will be to contribute to the continued implementation of the Elderly Act and the further development of holistic care, so that citizens experience coherent and professionally strong pathways.

A team with professionalism and camaraderie

Team Northwest is a mobile social and health team based in Nakskov. We provide personal care and practical assistance to citizens in the western part of Lolland Municipality. We work with co-management and take responsibility for our tasks. Professional quality and development motivate us, and we have a community where we help each other.

The team consists of 40 staff members with various professional backgrounds and competencies, including social and health helpers, social and health assistants and unskilled workers.

We want a leader who is present and accessible, and who can set direction and create good frames for employees to take responsibility and succeed with the core task. It is important for us that you have an eye for the connection between professional quality, well-being, operations and economy. You should be eager to, together with the staff, develop a practice with the citizens' needs and self-determination at the center.

You will become an active part of the leadership group in the home care area, where together we set direction, share experiences and develop solutions across teams for the benefit of both citizens, staff and the organization.

We are looking for a clear leader who is focused on both people and practice. You listen and involve, but can also set direction, make decisions and tackle what is difficult. You do not need to have all the answers. Instead we expect you to bring the staff's professionalism into play, support their professional development and together with the team create a practice of high quality with the citizen at the center.

Salary and employment terms

Employment is in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and the principles of local pay formation.

The starting salary for the position is expected to be based on collective agreement 71.01, 70.21 or 73.01 for managers in the elderly and health area as well as the local pre-agreement (44,993.25 to 53,626.84 DKK). In addition there is a 15% pension. Furthermore there will be opportunities to negotiate individual allowances based on relevant competencies as well as a functional allowance.

Prior to employment a criminal record check will be obtained for the person offered the position.

We wish you to start on 1 January 2027 or by agreement.
